Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TeeJobs website, web platform and mobile app. Please read them carefully.

Last updated: 3 November 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to anyone who visits teejobs.com.au or uses the TeeJobs platform or mobile app (together, the “Service”), provided by TeeJobs (“TeeJobs”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

Organisations that subscribe to TeeJobs may also have a separate written agreement with us. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the written agreement applies.

2. The Service

TeeJobs is workforce management software that helps shift-based businesses with recruitment, rostering, compliance, timesheets, award interpretation, payroll exports, invoicing and reporting, together with a mobile app for workers. We may improve, change or discontinue features from time to time. Where a change materially reduces the Service for paying customers, we will give reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

  • Accounts are created by our customers for their administrators, office staff and workers.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Tell us or your organisation’s administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put the Service or other users at risk.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, misleading or harmful purpose;
  • upload content you do not have the right to share, or that is offensive, defamatory or infringes anyone’s rights;
  • try to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access;
  • interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service, or introduce malicious code;
  • copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the Service, except as permitted by law.

5. Customer data

Our customers own the data they and their users enter into TeeJobs (“Customer Data”). Customers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Customer Data, including obtaining any consents needed from workers, candidates and clients. We use Customer Data only to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy, or as required by law.

6. Rostering, award and payroll information

Features such as Roster Health checks, Best Match suggestions, compliance alerts, award interpretation, shift costing, quotes and payroll exports are tools to support your decisions. Their results depend on the rules, rates and data configured by the customer. Customers remain responsible for their rosters, staffing decisions, pay rates, award and legal compliance, and for checking payroll and invoices before they are finalised.

7. Mobile app and location features

The mobile app may use device location to validate check in and check out and, where enabled, to check workers in and out automatically. Location features rely on the device, its settings and network availability, and may not always be accurate. Push notifications and shift offers depend on third-party services from Apple and Google.

8. Fees

Fees for the Service are set out in your quote, order or subscription agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are payable in advance, are exclusive of GST, and are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Third-party services

The Service can connect with third-party products such as JobAdder, Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB and Microsoft. Your use of those products is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or for how they handle your data.

10. Intellectual property

TeeJobs and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including the software, design, logos and content on this website. You may use the Service only as permitted by these terms. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

11. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and we will try to minimise disruption.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • the Service is provided “as is”, and we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these terms;
  • we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
  • where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having them resupplied; and
  • our total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Customer subscriptions end in accordance with their agreement. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required by law. On termination, customers may request an export of their Customer Data within a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. If you keep using the Service after an update, you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia and the State or Territory in which TeeJobs has its principal place of business. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there.
